i see that u have developed ur skills really well but i think that u still got some  lil issues with ur text, however in the first sig its more better and kinda suitable for the sig ... good job and keep it up  ^___^

the big light-blob on the left of naruto is a real irritation for me I wanted a big light source but it sorta got out of hand...tried to fix it but just made it worse so I left it the way it was...

The first one is cool ^__^ .. Arabian sense

the second .. yea ur right that white part is so over...
but u can fix it in different ways..
using the healing brush.. u can heal it with that yellow smoke

If u raised abit the render.. and added a light source right under it then that would be fine..

Great so just when i've made som progress on text I get something like this again...(4th sig)....k so the 4th Hokage sig a bit dull but I had one hell of a time to get that greenish coat gold hair effect so tell me what you think...no need to point out that the back ground is almost non existent...

i like them both of them, the girl one is cute and the colors are calming, like how you added bold yellow to break the effect.
the first one is cool, i don't know why you'd think its dull, you can see you put alot of work in it, i like the effect that you used with the brightness and shading, really smart.. good job & keep it up ^_^..
