Orochimaru can use his hands again ?

What's the deal?...Orochimaru can use his hands again. In his battle with Sarutobi, he lost the part of his soul for the hands. I know that he can change bodies but that doesnt mean he doesnt keep his cripted soul.
My guess is that he is useing chakra to control the hands, but i'm not sure. If he managed to do this then he is really good.
